We were pleased to present “AI for Breast Cancer Screening: From Detection to Risk Prediction” at the Association of Breast Surgery Conference in Glasgow (8–9 June 2026), during the Symposium Mammographicum session chaired by Dr Nisha Sharma.
The presentation highlighted how AI is advancing breast screening research, summarising key developments achieved over the past few years. Particular emphasis was placed on the significant progress made in image-based AI risk prediction models, representing a major step forward from traditional risk models.
The session prompted an engaging discussion on future developments, clinical implementation, and opportunities for collaborations.
